Welcome to the Happy Hearts of
St. Bartholomew Catholic Church
Katy, TexasWe are a social group for parishioners age 55 and over.
Please join us on the second Monday of every month for a meeting and potluck luncheon, in the Parish Hall.
Social time begins at 10am, meeting starts at 10:30am.

The Happy Hearts consists of, but is not limited to, members of St. Bartholomew’s Catholic parish family who are seniors. We are a non-profit, tax exempt, charitable organization. Our purpose is to promote and offer seniors 55 and over an opportunity to meet on the Second Monday of every month.
Our gathering begins with a brief business meeting followed by a delicious pot luck luncheon. Door prize tickets are sold at each meeting. One dollar will buy you a chance for a drawing for one of several prizes we have to offer before we adjourn. We share ideas and important information that is specific to the needs of seniors, in this day and age.
We enjoy taking monthly bus trips, both local and out of town (day trips), to visit historical sites, museums, plays, wineries, restaurants, and other exciting places of interest. Birthdays and anniversaries are recognized during our meetings.
Annually, we plan a fun event and a fundraiser. The funds raised allow the Happy Hearts to be generous donors to various non-profit, charitable organizations in our area as well as, help with our parish expenses. We also honor our members who are celebrating 50 years of marriage with an anniversary dinner. One of our members is selected as the “Outstanding Happy Heart of the Year” by the general membership and is honored at the annual Archdiocese Senior Recognition Luncheon.
