Following the death of a loved one, life patterns change and the process of adjustment can be difficult, especially if one needs to go through it alone.
The trauma, the pain, and the ‘roller-coaster’ of emotions that accompany a loss can make the journey of grief more bearable with the assistance of others who have a shared experience. If you have lost a loved one and need help and support through the grieving process, we are here for you.
