The Catechesis of the Good Shepherd is a religious education method where children ages 3 1/2 - 12 years old explore with hands-on materials to understand the Bible and the Mass.

CGS requires parental assistance from every parent every week to either supervise children in the nursery or to transform traditional classrooms into the working atriums within which the children can experience their faith formation. Please consider registering your child(ren) for this program only if you are able to assist every week.
This method of religious education uses hands-on materials that the children learn from and explore, allowing them to better understand scripture and the mass by developing a relationship with Jesus Christ as The Good Shepherd.
Age grouping categories:
- Level 1, ages 3 ½ - 6 (3 ½ by Sept. 1st and potty trained through kindergarten)
- Level 2, ages 6 – 9 (first through third grades)
- Level 3, ages 9 – 12 (fourth through sixth grades)
